Professional Background

Before receiving my license and joining the Century 21 Scheetz team  – I amassed 25 years of professional experience working for several businesses in the Central Indiana area.   My background includes leading teams of skilled professionals in the Sales and Information Technology fields; working beside them to gather the needs of both internal and external customers from a regional recruiting company, to leading large global Information Technology staffs supporting the scientific, manufacturing, and sales/marketing needs of companies such as Eli Lilly, Roche Diagnostics and Xerox.

Education

I have a Bachelor Degree in Decision Sciences / Operations Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington.  Over the years, I have gathered many professional certifications and licenses including top notch Sales Training from the Xerox Training Institute in Leesburg, VA;  many Business Training skills including Six Sigma, a Certification in Software Management along with ITIL (a structured business process for managing business requirements in an Information Technology framework).

The key to my success has been throughout my career has been in asking more questions, providing feedback and helping refine what it is that my “customers” really want.  Its these skills along with my passion for making sure I have done everything I can to make sure that I along with my collegues, peers and subordinates have done whatever possible to ensure a top notch solution for our customer.

Personal Background

I am a born and raised Hoosier, and have chosen to raise my family in the Indianapolis metro area as well – and would not change that decision if ever given the chance.
